Temple of the Sacred Lamb
Scientists use the new wonder tool of satellite photography to penetrate the mysteries of deep space- the Moon, Mars, Venus, Saturn... but
an English Archaeoastronomer, William J Veall, using the same precise technique to explore and film some of the world's most remote and inaccessible mountainous regions was confronted with the most amazing discovery ... a secret "Temple" complex hidden from the eyes of man for, perhaps, 5000 years.
But more extraordinary the site contained what are probably the largest Rock Sculptures ever discovered anywhere in the world.

The massive curved Altar Stone
The Great curved Altar Stone clearly showing the four huge characters carved in the Southern Arabian (Yemen) Monumental Script known as Musnad (Sabaen).
The Sacred White Lamb
Over 1400 metres length, a colossal recumbrant Sacred White Lamb carved into the face of a white granite rock face. Still visible the sacred black patch upon the forehead.
The Oryx, or Mountain Antelope
Even after countless centuries on the inclement mountain plateau the Oryx still retains its clear bright eye, flaring nostril and long delicately curved horns.On the neck is carved a “cross within a circle” symbol.

An incredible feat of labour and artistic endurance: Two gigantic human heads hewn side by side from separate massive rock outcrops, located on the extreme south-western edge of the Temple arena. The head to the left is over 800 metres in width, the lesser is still nearly 750 metres in width.
